Who do I work with?

We work with three groups: executives and leadership teams who need to perform under sustained cognitive load, organizations looking to reduce burnout and optimize their workforce, and educational institutions supporting students, athletes, and faculty. Is this therapy or counseling?

Not at all. We're a performance training system, not a clinical service. Think of us the way you'd think of a professional athlete's mental performance coach. We build the mental frameworks that prevent breakdown and sharpen execution. We partner with HR and leadership, not clinicians.

Most coaches teach theory. Shaun has lived it what he preaches.
